Don't knock Discount Tire as I got a better deal for a new rim (+tire!) Than what I got from a junk yard previously. And with this last visit they were able to get me a new tire and rim when I desperately needed it in order to get my car fixed. Great service every time!

As soon as I drove up at the parking lot an associate was helping me out with my tires, in and out in less than an hour.

My visit to this store was great. The staff acknowledged my presence immediately. As we walked to the vehicle for inspection, the associate asked pertinent questions and addressed my concerns thoroughly. After my vehicle was completed, the associate went over what was done on the service and answered my remaining questions. I have been a DT customer for many years and this visit was a good reminder of what keeps me as a loyal customer.

Jonathan was SO kind and easy to work with. Made my experience here very effortless, he explained things simply to me. Will definitely be back!

I generally hate dealing with any kind of car issues, but this store and the sales rep I worked with made it a very pleasant experience. I had a flat tire that was replaced with a new tire for a very reasonable cost, the wait was very fast, and they even got it done quicker than I was initially told it would be. Making the online appt was simple, and I liked that I could track the status of my vehicle online. A breath of fresh air compared to past experiences with competitors. I will definitely be returning as a customer!

Great Experience

Always a professional atmosphere. Booking an appointment online does help to make things go quicker. While I rated the store a 5, I would like to see more females on staff working the front counters. If they are hired and then leave, you probably should ensure your work culture isn’t like a college frat house.

Discount Tire at the address 9440 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Shop employees that worked on my 2019 Lexus RX 350L stole my custom Lexus Chrome tire pressure Caps. Now I’m stuck with these ugly grey plastic caps. If you ever get your tires done and you care about the tire pressure caps, please double check before you leave the place so you can automatically call them out. I’m disappointed in the lack of quality and professionalism of the shop workers at this Discount Tire location. I’m a Veteran who served this country and I get my stuff stolen. Feels awesome! I had booked the appointment and purchased the tires online prior to arriving. I originally was going to wait on the vehicle but ended dropping it off early. They had my vehicle ready by the time I got back about an hour later which was before my original appointment time.

Very professional.

Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are good. I highly recommend.
